MBSA International is a boutique strategic advisory group that works directly with clients and in conjunction with select Private Equity firms to assist with strategic business planning and acceleration of commercial capabilities. While our primary focus is in the global information services and fin-tech arena, we also review other business ventures, e.g. early stage financial software tech and MedTech.
We see pragmatic reach-outs by Co. Exec. Board &/or Private Equity to explore and review options and opportunities for their businesses. These specific engagement mandates increasingly seek an agile and close partnership collaboration.
MBSA International is equally selective with the clients and mandates we undertake, as the underlying ethos of MBSA is one of partnership collaboration and genuine investment with the client.

MARK W. BENFIELD
As Executive Managing Director of MBSA International, Mark W. Benfield brings 25+ years of sales, marketing and Executive business management experience in the global financial information sector.
Working with some of the world’s largest market data information vendors and global OTC brokerages, he has led and structured business teams which have consistently out-performed. Mark is a driven leader, with an inspiring presence, who is very accustomed to leading client-facing service solutions.
Mark is experienced as a business strategist, commercial P&L owner with the capabilities and knowledge to lead teams and execute on delivering results. He has had considerable success in building businesses and strategic alliances in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Mark is equally comfortable working with large global corporates with an entrepreneurial tilt, as he is with agile start-ups. He and his team have the empathy and enthusiasm to be able to implement the necessary structures, strategies and partnerships for positive growth and value build out in any size organisation.
Mark established MBSA International as a strategic advisory group undertaking select direct mandates & in conjunction with private equity firms, focused on global market data and big-data / fin-tech plays. Corporate consultancy engagements are across commercialisation of an entity's data & pricing IP, new product development & strategy (M&A).

Global Market Data Product Dev. & Analytics
The ability to work with data producers & product creators and help assess the overall product value and market positioning (internal & external) is something that has underpinned the success of MBSA International. Having worked with global information vendors, OTC brokers, Exchanges, as well as sell-side and buy-side data producers and associated analytics and research houses, we have the experience and proven expertise in working with clients to derive optimal return on their price & data assets.
